About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Java, Spring, Angular, Bootstrap, REST, and SQL
Build responsive front-end applications while developing scalable back-end services
Write, optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain complex SQL queries and database objects
Collaborate with architects, DBAs, analysts, testers, and customers throughout the software development lifecycle
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning
Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions
Develop secure, maintainable, scalable code following modern software engineering best practices
Contribute to automated testing, continuous integration, and ongoing application improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 4+ years of experience
Strong experience developing applications with the following: Java 8+, Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring JDBC), SQL, Angular, Typescript/Javascript, Bootstrap, REST, HTML5, CSS3
You must be comfortable writing, debugging, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries
Experience with Oracle and PL/SQL is desirable
Experience with object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and data structures
Experience working in Agile development environments
Experience with unit testing (JUnit, Vite), test-driven development, and CI/CD practices
Knowledge of secure software development and common web application vulnerabilities
Experience with Gradle and Git
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
