About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for business processes.
Crafting and generating data sets and visualizations as necessary.
Performing various data-related tasks such as extraction, scrubbing, and transformation.
Tracking, monitoring and making updates to user stories directly in the Atlassian Jira tool.
Identifying the ‘As-Is’ process and working with the Product Owner to create the ‘To-Be’ process.
Conduct focus groups to generate in-depth qualitative data.
Direct, manage, and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a US Citizenship
Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance
Bachelor’s Degree with 12 – 15 years of relevant experience or master’s with 10 -13 years of prior relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
In-depth knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and data warehousing
Successful and demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
