Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute distribution planning, DER interconnection impact, and arc flash studies
  • Conduct distribution protection and self-healing systems studies
  • Client-facing work and business development activities
  • Gain NESC expertise and interface with local clients
  • Expand portfolio of utility clients nationwide

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related engineering degree is required
  • 2+ years of experience in wide-area power system modelling, analysis, and planning
  • Experience functioning in a technical role in distribution studies
  • Experience with power system modeling and analysis tools such as CYME’s CYMDist
  • Familiarity and experience with distribution policy, and regulatory issues
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be a US Citizen
