About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support project managers during transactional due diligence reviews
- Serve as subject matter expertise in cost estimating and project scheduling
- Review EPC Contract exhibits, budgets, forecasts, estimates, and schedules
- Provide Owner’s Engineering and Advisory support
- Assist in managing projects, developing sales proposals, and technology reviews
- Travel related to project site visits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's of Science degree in engineering or construction disciplines
- 2+ years of experience for Junior level
- 4+ years of experience for Mid-Level
- 8+ years of experience for Senior Level
- Construction experience including estimating, scheduling, project controls, or project engineering
- Field engineering experience during construction of projects
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Experience with project controls, estimating, reviewing contractor proposals, and overall experience with various phases of construction projects
- General knowledge of construction safety
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe
- Familiar with project scheduling software such as primavera and project
- Self-starter, able to work independently or in a team
- Ability to manage multiple project reviews and meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with large construction projects – industrial, large commercial, mechanical, and electrical systems, and/or electrical transmission and distribution experience is favorable
