About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Quickly develop understanding of eRA system functionality
Serve as primary coordination interface for assigned federal partners
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with partner representatives
Coordinate onboarding discussions, implementation reviews, and operational readiness activities
Prepare executive briefings for eRA Leadership
Analyze and communicate coordination gaps and operational risks
Maintain onboarding milestones and issue resolution status
Support eRA Product Owners and Team Leads in project planning and monitoring
Maintain requirements traceability following agile principles

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Information Technology field as a Business/Systems Analyst
Minimum of 2 years in a Senior or Lead capacity
Demonstrated experience with federal grants management
Minimum of 3 years of experience documenting and managing requirements in an Agile environment
Minimum of 3 years of experience eliciting system requirements using standard techniques
Experience preparing executive-level briefings
Experience serving as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams
