Key responsibilities & impact

Lead service delivery for all IT infrastructure operations, including server and storage management, messaging support, and remote access services.
Direct operations across data center, cloud, and remote environments to maintain service availability, performance, and continuity.
Manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 troubleshooting and escalation for complex infrastructure incidents and service degradations.
Analyze incident trends and recurring issues to prioritize remediation and strengthen problem management outcomes.
Manage multi-discipline technical teams responsible for infrastructure operations and support delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience managing and leading delivery of IT infrastructure operations.
Experience managing multi-discipline technical teams in enterprise IT environments.
US Citizenship/Work Authorization: Must meet contract requirements.
Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust (or higher if required).
Bachelors in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering).
Required Certification: PMP Certification or equivalent.
IT infrastructure operations leadership across server, storage, messaging, and remote access domains.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 troubleshooting, escalation management, and incident response.
Root cause analysis (RCA), risk analysis/management, and IT service improvement.
