About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the overall financial management and reporting of MFLC program finances as it relates to EACs, customer invoicing, subcontractor tracking and reporting, travel, and material tracking/reporting
Identify, design, and implement initiatives to streamline and automate manual finance processes
Lead the implementation and adoption of AI-assisted development and automation practices across the finance team
Support ad hoc financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-level presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience in program finance, financial analysis, project control, or government contracting
Strong finance background in government contracting, including experience supporting multiple contract types
Must have experience using one or more of the following : Power BI, Power Automate, Claude Code, Chat GPT, and other AI tools
Proficiency with financial systems, reporting tools, and AI-enabled platforms
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented mindset.
