About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reviewing technical energy efficiency applications for incentives and rebates
- Review different types of energy using systems within industrial/commercial markets
- Research technology changes to support improvements to energy efficiency program
- Maintain working knowledge of the Illinois Technical Reference Manual
- Review existing energy savings methods for quality control/improvements
- Coordinate & Provide guidance to supporting teams regarding energy efficiency programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related
- Two plus (2+) years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in energy efficiency or similar technologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, especially Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to work cooperatively on a technical team
- Must have well-developed communication skills
- Strong planning, organization, time management, and team-building skills
