About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in managing and scheduling of various programs/projects
Assist with developing and administering task orders issued by FAA customers
Ensure work requested under task orders are performed properly
Establish goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for successful completion of work
Provide guidance to subordinates
Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection, and training
Prepare task order proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and Estimates at Complete (EAC) of the various task orders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors’ Degree, preferably in Business Administration
8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience or equivalent
Additional 4 years experience leading teams or projects
Advanced level expertise with data analysis and reporting utilizing systems such as EXCEL
Knowledge of Knowledge Sharing Network (KSN) sites
Experience conducting research, evaluations, studies, and presenting recommendations/solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Demonstrates the ability to manage a diverse group of functional activities distributed nationwide
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
