About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reviewing technical energy efficiency applications for incentives and rebates
- Review different types of energy using systems within industrial and/or commercial markets
- Research technology changes to support improvements to the energy efficiency program
- Maintain working knowledge of the Illinois Technical Reference Manual
- Utilize independent judgment to verify technical requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related, with four plus (4+) years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in energy efficiency or similar technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong planning, organization, time management, and team-building skills
- CEM or LEED certification is a plus
