About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze internal and external client needs and construct sound, logical business improvement opportunities.
Provide group facilitation, training, and provide additional forms of knowledge transfer across client’s organization.
Collect, review, edit, and disseminate executive-level communication products.
Troubleshoot complex problems and provide customer support for software systems and application issues.
Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, analysts, project managers, and engineers.
Support large scale IT systems, identifying dependencies and interoperability.
Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph to be considered.
Must have a Bachelor's degree and minimum 12+ years of experience OR 15 yrs+ experience can be used in lieu of degree.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field and successful software engineering experience; or if no degree, relevant experience performing engineering functions in the field on programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
Experience in IP Related Services: TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, PPP, and SIP.
Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches.
Experience with UPS systems and AD/DC power systems, to include design or install/connection.
Working knowledge of CAT5, CAT6 cable, connectors, and demonstrated capability of fabrication of equipment.
Knowledge of fiber, servers, routers, edge switches and desktop hardware.
JIRA, ServiceNow, Remedy, VISIO, and MS Office.
