About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and maintain code and documentation repositories (e.g., Git-based platforms, artifact repositories, or knowledge repositories)
- Develop, deliver, and maintain appropriate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) technology as part of an enterprise level site reliability planning and execution
- Support repository configuration, access control, and permission management
- Ensure proper organization, version control, and structure of repository content
- Assist users with repository access, usage, and troubleshooting issues
- Support integration of repositories with DevSecOps pipelines and development workflows
- Maintain repository documentation, standards, and usage guidelines
- Monitor repository usage and identify opportunities for improvement in structure and performance
- Support configuration management activities, including version tracking and baseline management
- Assist in enforcing compliance with program standards, naming conventions, and governance policies
- Support backup, recovery, and archival processes for repository data
- Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps teams, and knowledge management personnel to support repository operations
- Design, build, and maintain services and products to effectively make production-ready AI/ML models accessible for customer use
- Perform site reliability engineering to build and maintain a reliable, scalable, and efficient System by applying software engineering principles to operational tasks
- Participate in SAFe ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline and 4–8 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree in a related field and 2–6 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket)
- Experience supporting repository management, configuration, or system administration tasks
- Experience with basic scripting or automation (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar)
- Experience operating within SAFe or large-scale Agile frameworks supporting enterprise systems
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to support multiple users and manage competing priorities
