About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide senior technical and operational leadership for EOC services under the SEC IT support contract
- Serve as the primary focal point for enterprise operations concerns
- Lead end-to-end incident response activities
- Maintain and improve EOC SOPs, runbooks, and escalation procedures
- Oversee monitoring and operational visibility functions
- Drive service improvement through recurring operational reviews and performance reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust (or higher if required)
- This position is restricted to U.S. citizens only
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience managing a complex enterprise operations center
- Demonstrated experience providing technical and management leadership across enterprise tasks and technology assignments
- Experience serving as the focal point for operational concerns
- Experience coordinating review and update of operational documentation and ensuring staff training and readiness
- Experience supervising operations teams and managing incident response
- Experience supporting 24x7x365 enterprise operations in a high-availability environment
- ITIL 4 Foundation (or higher)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent ITSM certification
- Datadog certification (or comparable enterprise monitoring certification)
