About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join a team of outstanding professionals and apply the latest technology to help clients solve their challenges
- Function as a senior engineer performing design reviews and developing junior staff
- Contribute to bids and proposals
- Take responsibility on main client projects and ensure quality control on design packages
- Conduct site visits to client substation facilities and occasionally travel for client meetings and events
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years of directly applicable civil-site design experience
- EI/EIT certification preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D software and/or MicroStation OpenSite Designer software
- Experience with Hydraflow, ICPR, or various other hydrologic and hydraulic modeling & design programs
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other general software tools
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills
- Team player with ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
- Able to execute projects and handle clients successfully with limited supervision
- Willing to travel, up to 25%
