Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of the hosted application environment
Focus on auditing, monitoring, and “OS and up” configuration
Work with a team of experienced engineers and external service providers to ensure a smooth application experience for end users
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
Configure new application instances directly for customers
Contribute to the ongoing architecture and design for current and future implementations

Requirements

What you’ll need

US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance
4-8 years of prior relevant experience or MS degree with 6 years of prior relevant experience
Strong system administration experience including Windows Server, IIS, Group Policy, Active Directory, and DNS Management
Understanding of security compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53/FISMA/FedRAMP)
Experience with Software Deployment/System Implementation
Familiarity with Configuration Management and change management best practices
Willingness to perform weekend and after-hours system maintenance work
Strong problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills
