About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a Systems Engineer, developing and maintaining system-level architectures, interfaces, and design artifacts across the program lifecycle.
- Lead and support TEMPALT development, ATO packages, and system safety analyses.
- Develop system-level test strategies and plans, and coordinate verification and validation activities across multiple teams and test venues.
- Provide Technical Data Package oversight, ensuring technical integrity, configuration control, and compliance with contractual and program requirements.
- Perform and review reliability and safety analyses, including FMEA and FMECA.
- Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering practices using Cameo to support requirements, architecture, and traceability.
- Collaborate across disciplines to integrate hardware, software, and control systems into cohesive system solutions.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to mid-level and junior systems engineers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Ocean), Computer Science, Physics, or Math.
- 4-8 years of experience with subsea maritime systems or other integrated electro-mechanical systems
- 4-8 years of experience with leading integrated teams
- Exposure to DoD technical program execution
- U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain a SECRET clearance
