Key responsibilities & impact

Provide senior engineering and operational support for Microsoft 365 services
Design, implement, and administer Microsoft 365 GCC (G5) capabilities
Monitor platform health and performance
Administer tenant configuration and lifecycle updates
Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 2/3 support
Implement and maintain secure identity lifecycle processes
Develop and maintain PowerShell automation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and engineering roles
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services
PowerShell scripting
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) identity management
Experience delivering security, compliance, and migration initiatives in large-scale enterprise environments
