Lead network architecture implementation across LAN/WAN, data center, and cloud environments
Provide MPLS and SD-WAN network design, support, and technology implementation
Architect and manage data center infrastructure solutions
Design and implement Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI)
Implement device authentication and network access control strategies using Cisco Identity Services Engine
Architect and manage network security using: Cisco Firepower Management Center, Cisco 3105 Firewalls (Active/Passive high availability clusters)
Design secure access for enterprise applications, including Cloud and on premise based applications: Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
Implementation of new network configuration on existing Zero Trust architecture leveraging Zscaler: Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX)
Implement and mitigate security controls / finding: Block malicious IPs and URLs, Mitigate vulnerabilities across network borders
Integrate Zscaler with Cisco edge and border devices
Address ServiceNow incidents, implement change orders
Architect and manage secure VPN solutions (Cisco ASA) for business partners
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic recommendations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 6-10 years of experience
Strong experience in network architecture design and implementation
Deep expertise in networking technologies (routing, switching, security, firewall, load balancers, VPN, NAC, and data center fabrics)
Experience with enterprise security architecture and Zero Trust frameworks
Experience supporting federal or large enterprise environments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams/functions
Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency
