Lead team to design, develop, and execute I&T procedures and regression tests
Lead productivity improvements
Track and report Test Engineering status, generating detailed test reports and artifact packages for stakeholders and clients.
Manage and track schedules, risks, opportunities, defects, change requests, and action items.
Facilitate planning meetings, peer reviews, and customer-facing sessions to align with I&T objectives and schedules.
Collaborate with developers, system engineers, and schedulers to ensure testability of requirements and alignment with project timelines.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with minimum of 12+ years of professional experience; or a minimum of 10+ years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
Experience in following a documented Test Process
Experience in use of the UNIX and Linux operating systems.
Strong integration skills.
Test Architect experience
Ability to obtain an SF-85P Public Trust clearance from the FAA customer.
Experience leading a diverse Test team; directing activities of a team
Experience with workload, staffing and personnel management
