Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Tableau solutions that support enterprise reporting and strategic decision-making
Translate business and analytical requirements into scalable Tableau dashboards, reports, and data models aligned with program objectives
Incorporate analytical frameworks established by the Tableau Analyst into the Tableau reporting infrastructure to integrate diverse datasets across multiple platforms
Administer the program’s Power Platform environments, including environment management, licensing, governance, connectivity, and security configurations
Support end-to-end lifecycle activities for Power Platform solutions, including development, testing, deployment, optimization, and maintenance
Manage and track data and reporting requests, including intake, prioritization, approval workflows, and delivery timelines
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of reporting deliverables through validation, testing, and adherence to quality control standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, support system upgrades, and develop content that provides actionable insights to leadership
Recommend and implement process improvements related to data intake, data validation, data modeling, visualization, and communication of analytics deliverables
Support cross-functional initiatives by leveraging data analysis techniques to uncover optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with departmental standard operating procedures and governance controls
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related field
Minimum of three years of development or analytical experience, or five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Demonstrated proficiency with the Tableau and broader Power Platform stack
Experience working with relational databases and programming concepts related to data modeling and transformation
Experience managing Power Platform environments, licensing, and governance
Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps, or similar tools for development and version control
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data modeling skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders
U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required
Ability to successfully pass criminal history, fingerprint background checks, and credential verification required
Ability to maintain and retain suitability investigation and clearance as required
Proficient in navigating electronic systems, computer programs, and virtual service platforms
