About the role
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Tableau solutions that support enterprise reporting and strategic decision-making
- Translate business and analytical requirements into scalable Tableau dashboards, reports, and data models aligned with program objectives
- Incorporate analytical frameworks established by the Tableau Analyst into the Tableau reporting infrastructure to integrate diverse datasets across multiple platforms
- Administer the program’s Power Platform environments, including environment management, licensing, governance, connectivity, and security configurations
- Support end-to-end lifecycle activities for Power Platform solutions, including development, testing, deployment, optimization, and maintenance
- Manage and track data and reporting requests, including intake, prioritization, approval workflows, and delivery timelines
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of reporting deliverables through validation, testing, and adherence to quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, support system upgrades, and develop content that provides actionable insights to leadership
- Recommend and implement process improvements related to data intake, data validation, data modeling, visualization, and communication of analytics deliverables
- Support cross-functional initiatives by leveraging data analysis techniques to uncover optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with departmental standard operating procedures and governance controls
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of development or analytical experience, or five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Tableau and broader Power Platform stack
- Experience working with relational databases and programming concepts related to data modeling and transformation
- Experience managing Power Platform environments, licensing, and governance
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps, or similar tools for development and version control
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data modeling skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required
- Ability to successfully pass criminal history, fingerprint background checks, and credential verification required
- Ability to maintain and retain suitability investigation and clearance as required
- Proficient in navigating electronic systems, computer programs, and virtual service platforms
