About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Tableau solutions that support enterprise reporting and strategic decision-making
  • Translate business and analytical requirements into scalable Tableau dashboards, reports, and data models aligned with program objectives
  • Incorporate analytical frameworks established by the Tableau Analyst into the Tableau reporting infrastructure to integrate diverse datasets across multiple platforms
  • Administer the program’s Power Platform environments, including environment management, licensing, governance, connectivity, and security configurations
  • Support end-to-end lifecycle activities for Power Platform solutions, including development, testing, deployment, optimization, and maintenance
  • Manage and track data and reporting requests, including intake, prioritization, approval workflows, and delivery timelines
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of reporting deliverables through validation, testing, and adherence to quality control standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, support system upgrades, and develop content that provides actionable insights to leadership
  • Recommend and implement process improvements related to data intake, data validation, data modeling, visualization, and communication of analytics deliverables
  • Support cross-functional initiatives by leveraging data analysis techniques to uncover optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with departmental standard operating procedures and governance controls
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of development or analytical experience, or five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the Tableau and broader Power Platform stack
  • Experience working with relational databases and programming concepts related to data modeling and transformation
  • Experience managing Power Platform environments, licensing, and governance
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps, or similar tools for development and version control
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data modeling skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required
  • Ability to successfully pass criminal history, fingerprint background checks, and credential verification required
  • Ability to maintain and retain suitability investigation and clearance as required
  • Proficient in navigating electronic systems, computer programs, and virtual service platforms
