About the role

  • Contribute to offensive cyber research initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain offensive security tools.
  • Support reverse engineering tasks across binaries, firmware, and hardware‑adjacent systems.
  • Assist in designing and evaluating evasion‑resistant payloads.
  • Prototype automation and AI‑driven approaches for reconnaissance.
  • Analyze adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and mission teams.
  • Document research findings and prototype behaviors.
  • Participate in internal red‑team exercises and capability evaluations.
  • Stay current with emerging offensive techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Strong programming experience in C/C++ and Python.
  • Experience with reverse engineering fundamentals.
  • Hands‑on experience with red‑team operations.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, or FPGA‑based development.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and security vulnerabilities.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • US citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
