About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, deploy, and maintain cross domain technology solutions for secure data transfers between NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with system security standards.
- Integrate cross domain solutions with existing infrastructure and applications.
- Lead a team of technical experts, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with DoD RMF.
- Develop and maintain documentation for cross domain solutions and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, making recommendations for improvements.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members and stakeholders on cross domain technologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cross domain solutions and cybersecurity.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cross domain systems.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited college or university OR offerings listed in DoD 8140 Training Repository OR GCFA or GCIA.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cross domain technology solutions.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing projects.
- Strong understanding of DoD RMF and cybersecurity compliance requirements.
- Experience with secure data transfer protocols and technologies.
- Certifications such as Security plus, IAT/IAM Level III
