Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelors degree
- 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery
- 8+ years of related management experience
- 5+ years managing a program with at least 50 personnel
- Project milestone and deliverable management
- SLA monitoring, analysis, and reporting
- Change, problem, configuration, and process management expertise
- Experience with hybrid cloud and compliance-driven environments
