Deliver actionable HR metrics, trends, and insights across the employee lifecycle
Serve as an analytics advisor by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and perform root cause analysis to inform decision-making
Develop executive-ready presentations with clear data storytelling and concise insights
Apply an AI-forward mindset to enhance analytics, automation, and insight delivery
Design, build, and maintain HR analytics products in partnership with IT
Manage analytics product lifecycle, including requirements, testing, enhancements, and release planning
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR analytics tools and self-service capabilities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative analysis or related field
4+ years of relevant analytics experience
Hands-on Workday configuration experience, including HCM, Talent Performance, and Learning modules
Solid experience working with HR data and performing data querying, ETL/data wrangling, and developing reports and dashboards
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data integrity skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while maintaining confidentiality
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
US citizenship required and able to obtain security clearance as needed
Master’s degree in a quantitative analysis or related field (preferred)
Experience with SQL, R, or Python (preferred)
Experience building statistical or predictive models using people data (preferred)
Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, and data architecture (preferred)
