About the role
- Deliver actionable HR metrics, trends, and insights across the employee lifecycle
- Serve as an analytics advisor by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and perform root cause analysis to inform decision-making
- Develop executive-ready presentations with clear data storytelling and concise insights
- Apply an AI-forward mindset to enhance analytics, automation, and insight delivery
- Design, build, and maintain HR analytics products in partnership with IT
- Manage analytics product lifecycle, including requirements, testing, enhancements, and release planning
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR analytics tools and self-service capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative analysis or related field
- 4+ years of relevant analytics experience
- Hands-on Workday configuration experience, including HCM, Talent Performance, and Learning modules
- Solid experience working with HR data and performing data querying, ETL/data wrangling, and developing reports and dashboards
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data integrity skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while maintaining confidentiality
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- US citizenship required and able to obtain security clearance as needed
- Master’s degree in a quantitative analysis or related field (preferred)
- Experience with SQL, R, or Python (preferred)
- Experience building statistical or predictive models using people data (preferred)
- Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, and data architecture (preferred)
