About the role
- Support the implementation and optimization of learning technologies (e.g., LMS, learning experience platforms, digital badging tools, skills platforms)
- Assist with special projects related to enterprise upskilling, onboarding modernization, and career development
- Help manage and maintain digital learning content and learning catalogs
- Support testing, quality assurance, and user experience improvements across learning systems
- Assist in gathering and analyzing learning metrics and engagement data to inform program effectiveness
- Conduct research on emerging learning technologies and industry trends
- Help develop communications and job aids to support adoption of learning tools and programs
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a master's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education Technology, or a related field
- Strong interest in learning technologies or workforce development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfort working with data is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- US Citizenship required.
