About the role
- Analyze system requirements and capability acceptance criteria.
- Follow established standards and procedures to estimate and create test cases.
- Verify the system current condition to understand defects.
- Trace requirements to the test cases and link to associated defects.
- Support test events and create detailed annotated test evidence files.
- Master MHS GENESIS to support the test and evaluation group.
- Provide input to the test reports after test events.
Requirements
- BS and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or master’s with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
- US Citizen and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Active Public Trust preferred
- Understanding of testing methodology
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Customer oriented to support IV&V activities
- Word, PowerPoint, and Excel experience or equivalent
- Ability to work alone and with team members remotely
- Prior hands-on experience supporting the DHMSM program in a Test Engineer role.
