Lead and manage high-impact IT projects from initiation to closure
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans
Oversee project teams, including technical staff and other contributors
Develop and execute effective strategies to engage key stakeholders
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Monitor and report on project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
Conform to and continuously evaluate project management processes and methodologies
Manage project budgets

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field coupled with minimum of 8 years' experience in IT project management
Master's degree and 6+; Associate's degree and 10+, or equivalent years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated experience in leading large, cross-functional teams and driving project success.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated experience leading IT projects in one or more of the following areas; infrastructure & operations, application modernization, or cyber security.
