About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support software development teams in writing, debugging, and analyzing code in a variety of settings (web code, API interfaces, data integration pipelines, test code, and more)
- Research new tools, techniques, code libraries, etc. to discover what they do, how they are used, and what potential value they may provide the organization
- Develop prototype applications to demonstrate new technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S. citizenship
- Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university
- Strong interest in or exposure to software or database development
- Familiarity with one or more modern programming languages (Python, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.)
- Coursework, projects or hands-on experience in areas such as API Development, Data engineering or data wrangling, Database scripting (MySQL, PL-SQL, T-SQL, stored procedure development, etc.)
- Creative problem-solving skills and eagerness to work on exploratory efforts
