About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support to ASC area management, senior leadership and McMurdo Station functional areas
- Act as a point of contact for ASC area and station management
- Ensure professional management of confidential information
- Support Emergency Operations Center (EOC) recorder role on a rotating 24/7 on-call basis
- Track ongoing projects, station trainings, tasks, and deadlines
Requirements
What you’ll need- US Citizenship required
- High school diploma and 5+ years of prior related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with business, scientific and/or military documentation and correspondence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and MS Excel)
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Must successfully complete Medical and Dental examinations
