Must have prior experience supporting development of the Data Transport Monitoring Tool
Troubleshoots connectivity between Data Transport environments to ensure proper reporting and metrics for the Monitoring Tool
Architect, deploy, and integrate the DT Monitoring Tool within DT environments
Designing software solutions to meet technical and business needs by leveraging knowledge of programming languages, architecture, and technology
Support system integration, verification, validation, testing, and quality assurance activities across multiple technical domains
Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution for customers
Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and operational procedures
Collaborate with internal engineering teams, program leadership, customers, and external partners or vendors to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
Interim Secret clearance required to start; ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
U.S. citizenship required
CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification (IAT Level II)
Expert-level experience designing and supporting cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI)
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation, and DevOps/DevSecOps practices
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application architectures
Advanced knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and cloud security concepts
Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages (e.g., Apache NiFi)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
