About the role
- Support the development of communications and content for CIO Services initiatives supporting IT communications for employees, including intranet updates, blog posts, emails, and basic training materials.
- Assist in creating clear, user-friendly content that simplifies technical concepts.
- Help develop and update content such as slide decks, knowledge articles, FAQs, and quick reference guides.
- Collaborate with team members to support content for onboarding and training.
- Update and maintain content on intranet sites and learning hubs.
- Review content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and tone.
- Assist in gathering feedback and making content improvements.
Requirements
- Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in the United States.
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify complex or technical concepts for broad audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make decisions independently.
- Experience with change management communications and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG).
