About the role

  • Prepare summary trip reports within two working days of trip completion
  • Perform on-site surveys and develop designs and reports
  • Review contractor design and construction submittals
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction project activities
  • Provide technical engineering support for all phases of assigned projects
  • Participate in Joint Acceptance Inspections (JAI) and Contractor Acceptance Inspections (CAI)

Requirements

  • Civil Engineering Degree required from ABET accredited college or university
  • 8 – 12 years of experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Engineer and/or Resident Engineer with Civil Engineering Design
  • Knowledge of Unstaffed Infrastructure Sustainment (UIS) facilities
  • Knowledge of Project Management software (CWP, Primavera, MS Project) and/or CAD (AutoCAD, Microstation)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
