About the role

  • responsible for supporting a Senior Program Manager in the leadership, execution, development, and growth of a program or programs
  • work with a multi-disciplined team of mechanical, software, electrical, and systems engineers
  • responsible for the planning, execution, and coordination of one or more projects
  • create project management plans, set expectations, execute governance reviews and ensure the project plans are driven by organizational procedures
  • Manage technical, cost, and schedule of assigned tasks or functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience Or Masters degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • US Citizenship required
  • Secret Security clearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
