Requirements

Typically requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years or prior relevant experience
Generally has 7+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects
Demonstrate aptitude in cost, schedule and performance management
Program Management experience of similar size/scope (~40M per year)
Extensive experience managing multiple Subcontractors on a large program
Must have strong problem-solving, analytical, communication and people skills
Demonstrate poise and ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations.
Must possess a PMP certification
