Serve as a technical leader supporting enterprise identity security initiatives across multiple programs
Integrate IAM architecture and engineering practices throughout the IT lifecycle
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, developers, internal stakeholders, and client teams
Develop and implement solutions that address complex identity and access challenges across enterprise environments
Support emerging authentication standards and evolving security frameworks

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related discipline
Minimum of 2+ years of Microsoft Active Directory experience
Minimum of 2+ years of Microsoft Entra Active Directory experience
Experience with Identity Governance Administration and Lifecycle Management
Experience with Federated Identity Management (FIM)
Experience with authentication and authorization technologies and protocols, including: SAML, Kerberos, NTLM, OIDC, OAuth
Knowledge of multi-factor authentication (MFA) technologies, including: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), One-Time Password (OTP), Biometrics, Other authentication factors
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
