About the role
- Serve as a technical leader supporting enterprise identity security initiatives across multiple programs
- Integrate IAM architecture and engineering practices throughout the IT lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, developers, internal stakeholders, and client teams
- Develop and implement solutions that address complex identity and access challenges across enterprise environments
- Support emerging authentication standards and evolving security frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2+ years of Microsoft Active Directory experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of Microsoft Entra Active Directory experience
- Experience with Identity Governance Administration and Lifecycle Management
- Experience with Federated Identity Management (FIM)
- Experience with authentication and authorization technologies and protocols, including: SAML, Kerberos, NTLM, OIDC, OAuth
- Knowledge of multi-factor authentication (MFA) technologies, including: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), One-Time Password (OTP), Biometrics, Other authentication factors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
