Install, configure, and troubleshoot network appliances (routers, switches, and firewalls).
Monitor entire network infrastructure (LAN & WAN) and provide regular reporting.
Collaborate closely with the Chief Engineer to ensure network optimization.
Ensure network uptime, performance, and security.
Document and enforce network standards.
Manage and maintain IP addressing schema.
Travel OCONUS as needed.

Requirements

Master's degree and at least 12 years minimum experience depending on education, training, skills and experience.
Must possess an active and in-scope TS/SCI With Poly to be considered.
Active/current basic CCNA certification.
Solid understanding of OSI or TCP/IP model.
Hands-on experience with network monitoring, network diagnostics, and network analytics tools.
Experience configuring/troubleshooting Cisco appliances.
Experience writing scripts for Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb 30 ft.
