About the role
- Architecting/managing secure, high availability systems, adhering to industry standards and following best practices.
- Implementing, managing & optimizing AVD solutions in CI/CD pipelines.
- Designing & implementing approaches to continuously update & secure AVD resources.
- Developing scripts to automate tasks and deployments in a cloud environment.
- Documenting systems and processes for capability growth and improved team collaboration.
- Learning and adapting to new Azure cloud resources, with opportunities for formal training.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience
- 4+ years of experience in Azure and AVD technologies or similar Virtual Desktop solutions
- Experience with Windows Installer technologies and implementation on shared VM resources
- Experience architecting & designing Azure-based solutions
- Understanding of high-availability environments such as clustering, failover, and geographic redundancy
- Understanding of network design & topologies including edge services & point-to-point VPNs within cloud environs
- Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, & PowerPoint)
