Manage internal financial planning and analysis activities regarding the internal reporting for the $1.5B Hybrid Sentinel Contract
Budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of all contract cost and financial data
PMX System Administration and Leading of PMX Training (Train the Trainer role)
Construction of Reports and PowerBI dashboards to aid in the display of program information to both internal and potentially external audiences
Spearhead Sentinel Business Process Reengineering Efforts interacting with Sentinel program
Support monthly closing of financial key measurements (Revenue, Operating Income, Operating Cash Flow, etc…)
Participate in the development of program level processes and procedures to drive efficiencies
Significant interaction with the Program Manager, Business Managers, Contracts team, Customer, and various other functional or support organizations
Serve as liaisons between the Program Team and TDP project performing teams to perform financial research
Support new business proposal efforts, assisting pricing strategy and business case analysis as needed.
Support ad hoc requests by internal management and external customers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience.
Program Finance experience with multiple contract types
Strong MS Office skills, in particular MS Excel
PowerBi, PowerPivot and Advanced Data Reporting
Ability to Learn Python and other data analysis, manipulation and automation skills
Strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical skills, able to identify financial drivers and perform high level and detailed analysis
Extremely high level of attention to detail
Customer focused
Able to work successfully in a team environment
Prior experience with government contracting industry.
US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
