About the role

  • Develop, own, and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy
  • Lead the content strategy and oversee content creation
  • Design and lead scalable community-based programs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
  • Establish frameworks for tracking engagement initiatives
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members
  • Partner with HR, Communications, Learning & Development, and business unit leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in community management, marketing, corporate communications, or employee engagement
  • Deep understanding of AI concepts and trends and their applications in a business or enterprise context
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale engagement or community-building programs with measurable outcomes
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior team members or cross-functional project teams
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
