About the role
- Develop, implement, and maintain technical quality assurance and control systems
- Ensure performance standards and contract deliverables are conformance with requirements
- Guide improvement opportunities to ensure effective implementation
- Establish and maintain a quality culture committed to excellence
- Plan and manage quality engineering & control activities
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Lead organizational change management activities
- Conduct independent audits for compliance with requirements
- Address escalated quality issues in a timely way
- Review contract deliverables to ensure conformance with requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience
- 4+ years of team and project management experience
- Experience in ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI-SVC Industry Standards and Best Practices
- US citizenship is required; able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance or higher
- Proficient in utilizing MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in personnel management
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required (Black Belt preferred)
- Excellent documentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to multi-task and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
