About the role
- Manage and support all aspects of the Company’s complex insurance programs
- Clearly articulate corporate insurance and risk management philosophy to senior management
- Identify and implement process efficiencies
- Develop and present training materials
- Assist with contract and subcontract negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance or related field
- 12+ years’ experience working in a corporate risk management department, as an insurance broker, commercial underwriter or related insurance industry experience
- Subject matter expertise and demonstrated ability to manage complex insurance programs
- Proficiency with MS Office, IT systems, and risk management information systems
