PEGA Lead System Architect Certification
Bachelor’s Degree with 15 years of applicable experience
Must have a Public Trust (MBI) clearance
Must have 15+ years of hands-on PEGA development experience
Demonstrated experience in establishing and enforcing PEGA best practices and guardrails
Experience working in Agile teams
Experienced in PEGA application design and system architecture
Experience leading technical implementation and mentoring less senior team members
