Communicate research findings, methods, and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to prototypes, tools, and technologies intended for real-world deployment.
Apply appropriate research and evaluation strategies to address project needs.

Requirements

Must be enrolled in degree program and actively seeking Bachelor degree in Psychology, Computer Science, Data Science or related field
Familiarity with AI/ML tools and Python libraries
Understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.
Familiarity with research methodologies, including experimental design, hypothesis testing, and evaluation.
Self-starter with strong intellectual curiosity and adaptability.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Interest or experience in human-centered AI, AI ethics, or explainability.
Familiarity with statistics and data visualization.
Willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and research methods.
