About the role

  • Assisting the Department Manager with technical and personnel management needs of the Systems Engineering Department
  • Supporting transition of resources from the Navy’s DDG(X) Surface Combatant program to the BBG(X) Battleship Program
  • Providing support to our Navy customer with innovative approaches to requirements development
  • Training and mentoring junior systems engineers

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Systems Engineering (or Related Discipline) or equivalent experience
  • 5 (+) Years experience implementing DOORS, DOORS NextGen and Cameo in an Authoritative Source of Truth digital environment
  • Experience creating SysML models in Cameo
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be U.S. Citizen
  • An Active Secret Clearance is Required.
