About the role
- Manage complex PFA Tasks
- Perform funding/spend plan data reconciliation and consolidation with customer POC’s
- Establish and maintain financial plans, track, and report actuals, EAC’s, and variances
- Monitor schedules and performance on a high volume of projects
- BOM maintenance and procurement tracking and forecasting
- Provide project data for MOR, QFSR, IPR, MSR and other Leidos and customer deliverables
- Provide oversight for Subk funding, PR/PO creation and SLICS/SLATE set up
- Responsible for overseeing timely project invoice and cash collection
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of applicable experience
- Firm understanding of Estimates at Complete
- Proficient in MS Office Skills, in particular MS Excel
- Experience with PowerBI (dashboards, inputs, reporting)
- Strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience in program finance
- Desire and ability to train Project Managers and Cost Account Managers that lack financial acumen
- Must be able to “own” the process
- Ability to handle high volume of data (~ one hundred CRNs) in a fast paced, cyclical, and demanding work environment
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Ability to analyze problems for root cause and implement corrective action
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Prior finance experience in government contracting
