About the role
- Manage computer refresh delivery projects from start to finish, planning resources, establish timelines, for our Navy customer.
- Interface with Data Analysts, resource management, and Staging teams for all required deliverables of seat delivery (computer refresh).
- Monitor project objectives, milestones, and deliverables through completion.
- Review newly submitted customer data for accuracy, identify key players (CTR, ACTR) and execute requirements.
- Ability to provide quick project statuses and escalate customer issues to leadership.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen and possess a DoD Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience or in lieu of education a High School Diploma with 6-8 years of experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
