Work to develop solutions to healthcare problems by applying a variety of engineering, AI/ML, and software technical skills
Utilize and develop technical skills throughout the summer as they work through their specific problems
Topics may include dynamical modeling and simulation, machine learning (e.g., supervised learning, reinforcement learning), statistic-based analysis, and data visualization
Expected to be implemented in software via programming languages such as Python
Leverage internal resources, collaborate with peers and learn independently
Work closely with an experienced mentor throughout the summer
Opportunity to showcase experience and work in company-wide events and a formal presentation at the end of the internship.

Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering and Information, Sciences and Technology, or STEM related degree from an accredited college
Demonstrated potential to work in a team environment
Prior Coursework in computer science, data science and/or machine learning
Beginner experience with Python, Cuda, DevSecOps
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Graduate student and / or research experience preferred
Experience with Linux preferred
Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) preferred
