💰 $107,900 - $195,050 per year

About the role

  • Leading a multi-discipline team with the DoD High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP)
  • Providing user support, developing and maintaining program web sites, data analysis and visualization, database administration and development, system administration, and HPC software management
  • Ensuring adequate staffing for all cross-center functions
  • Daily communication with senior HPCMP government staff setting priorities, understanding gaps, and ensuring the technical team is meeting the center’s needs
  • Ensuring all deliverables are met and are of the highest quality
  • Maintaining and reporting the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the cross-center team
  • Assessing/measuring current values for all applicable KPIs
  • Working with customer counterpart to ensure consistent interpretation of results
  • Publishing the values in a monthly report
  • Developing and implementing key technology innovations across the program
  • Identifying critical innovations and opportunities to improve services provided to the HPCMP users
  • Developing Project plans for implementing these innovations
  • Managing project team to ensure successful completion

Requirements

  • BA/BS and 5 years prior relevant experience or master’s with 3 years prior relevant experience
  • Experience supervising or leading cross functional teams or projects
  • Experience working with a large scale, highly technical customer base
  • Experience managing a geographically distributed team
  • Must hold an active in scope Secret clearance prior to start. (US Citizenship required)
