Lead the product vision, roadmap, and value delivery for the HERMES Digital Ecosystem
Translate stakeholder needs into clear, prioritized product requirements
Manage the feature backlog, define acceptance criteria, and ensure agile teams deliver incrementally
Evaluate new technologies, tools, integrations, and capabilities to evolve the HERMES platform
Partner with architecture, cybersecurity, and program teams to ensure interoperability and scalability
Lead a cross-functional team of engineers through planning, execution, delivery, and continuous improvement
Ensure engineering rigor and alignment with technical standards
Manage risk, coordinate dependencies, and drive issue resolution across the HERMES portfolio
Directly manage and mentor engineering staff
Build a team culture focused on innovation and collaboration
Serve as primary point of contact for product updates and roadmap alignment

Requirements

Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field and 15 or more years of prior relevant experience
7+ years of engineering experience with increasing responsibility; 3+ years in technical leaders or product ownership roles
Strong understanding of digital engineering, MBSE, toolchains, and model-based practices
Experience operating in agile environments and managing product backlogs
Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and manage direct reports
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Active DoD Top Secret clearance
Must be a US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with PLM/ERP/MES integration, digital thread implementations, or enterprise architecture
