About the role
- Develop and deliver courseware in support of the DIPN member product line
- Develop all training program artifacts in accordance with the 5-step Air Force Instructional Systems Development (ISD) process
- Gather source data from the applicable POC’s/stakeholders for training and technical guide development
- Develop operator level procedures from source data and through coordination/meetings
- Develop training slides and other training aids as needed
- Perform verification/validation efforts on training materials
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in related technical field
- 4+ years’ experience (or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree)
- US citizenship and an active Secret security clearance
- Ability to operate within an Agile Development Life Cycle framework
- Well versed in ADDIE instructional design model
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Camtasia, and other proprietary tools
- Strong working knowledge of software development and testing processes
